Our Process

Every piece is designed, made and checked at our own workshop in Ahmedabad.

In-house Manufacturing

Base making, kundan and polki setting, jadau work, meenakari, stringing, polishing and finishing are all done in our own workshop by our own karigars. Because the whole process is in our hands, we can take on any handmade design you bring to us.

You are welcome to visit the workshop by appointment. While your order is in production, we can send you photographs of the work in progress.

Design Process

Every order begins with a brief. Nothing goes to the bench until you have approved the design and the gold weight.

Manufacturing Process

From fine gold to the finished, packed piece, every step is carried out in our workshop.

Quality Control Process

Each piece is checked at three stages: the raw material, the work in progress, and the finished piece against a fixed checklist.

3. Functional
  No sharp edges · strength · proper fit and fall · secure clasps and findings
Stage 4 · Final inspection and packing
1. Weight against target
  Final weight recorded on the QC sheet

  Individual boxes, secured for transit
